Camping areas 2025
No detailed site map will be created for tent or camping areas in 2025.
Campsite spots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis, so if you’re arriving with multiple vehicles and want to camp next to each other, you must arrive at the same time. Please note that caravan spots with electricity and those without are located in different sections of the area.
GENERAL RULES:

Read these carefully!
1. Camping is only allowed in the official camping area, which is reserved exclusively for Festival attendees. Campers must have a two (2) or three (3) day festival ticket, which will be checked upon arrival.
2. Each person staying in a tent or a caravan area should purchase their own personal accommodation wristband. Only this wristband grants free access to the campsites.
A passenger declaration must be completed upon arrival at the campsite. The camping ticket will be exchanged for a wristband upon arrival.
4. To stay overnight, in addition to the accommodation wristband, you need a Tent or Caravan spot reservation.
NOTE! Multiple people can stay overnight at a tent or caravan spot for the same spot price. However, each individual is required to have their own accommodation wristband.
5. If the campsite is sold out, you can no longer buy tickets even for a tent that is already in the area. So, please buy your entire tent party tickets at once!
6. The maximum tent size is 6 m² (six square meters). Please leave larger tent structures at home. Separate villa tents, tent canopies or pavilions may not be built on top of tents.
7. ATTENTION! Cars cannot be parked in the tent area, only in the designated parking lot. Each tent spot purchased includes one (1) parking spot in the parking area of the campsite.
8. The absolute MAXIMUM length for a motorhome or caravan in the caravan area is 8 meters (the towing vehicle is not included in this measurement). If your motorhome is built on a bus chassis or if your motorhome/caravan exceeds 8 meters in length, please contact us before purchasing a spot at and provide detailed information about your vehicle. We review these applications on a case-by-case basis. If you have not contacted us in advance and arrive with a bus or a motorhome/caravan longer than 8 meters, Dark River Festival reserves the right to deny access to the caravan area, and in such cases, the spot fee will not be refunded. So please contact us in advance.
9. One (1) towing vehicle, with a maximum length of 6 meters, may be parked next to the caravan.
10. The minimum distance between tents, cars, motorhomes, or caravans at the campsites must be at least 4 meters. This is a fire safety regulation. If your group has two ADJACENT tent spots, the tents may be placed closer together.
11. Please note that if you leave the area with your motorhome, a new motorhome spot fee will be charged upon your return (subject to availability).
12. Trash belongs in the bins provided around the campsite. Please use them and do not leave litter on the ground. The campsite is not a dumping ground.
13. All camping accommodation areas are reserved exclusively for Dark River Festival 2025 guests. Specifically, access to the campsites is only permitted with both a Dark River Festival wristband and a personal accommodation wristband. Festival wristbands and accommodation wristbands must be shown upon request by the festival staff.
14. Due to high-voltage power lines in the area, cars cannot be parked in the tent camping zone! This is because of the increased fire load risk near the lines. Going forward, cars must be parked in the adjacent field (approximately 100 meters away) in the designated parking area for tent campers.
At the tent camping area, campers have access to camping-style showers (open from 01:30 to 13:30), portable toilets, a trash disposal point, and a mobile phone charging station.
Accommodation in the campsites is permitted from Thursday, July 10, 2025, at 2:00 PM onwards, and all campers must vacate the campsites by Sunday, July 13, 2025, at 3:00 PM.
The campsites are 18+ (adults only).
