The festival is built, celebrated, and taken down also with the help of volunteers. Tasks are taught, and festival staff are always involved as well to provide guidance when needed. There are many kinds of volunteer tasks on several days, and each person is assigned suitable duties with an effort to consider their preferences. Volunteers’ well-being is supported by providing snacks, good company, and of course, great background music during the workdays.
